MSF Funnel is a selection of candidates in line with the vision of the corporation. We manage recruitment process early stages according to specific requirements of our Clients.

Candidates in small groups perform a number of exercises. Assessors who watch them, rate their skills and responses. We have exercises to reveal specific skills and help us analyze any of them. We are in a position early on to tell who shows inclinations to become an excellent representative.

The basic system of recruitment and training is to prepare representatives in line with a corporation image. In addition, if you are interested to further upgrade your representatives' skills, we may offer additional training to further develop any skills of your MR.
